We work with firms handling a single case and firms sending a steady caseload. Regular referrers get a dedicated progress board covering every client they send. More than 5,000 evaluations completed to date.
How referral works

Give your client the link
Nothing about their case has to leave your office — no release, no file transfer. The form is bilingual and takes two minutes.

We contact them and schedule
The clinical interview is conducted virtually in English or Spanish. If there is a filing deadline, tell us and we schedule around it.
03
The evaluation is completed
One to two weeks after the interview, and provided to your client. Priority scheduling is available if you tell us up front.

Before you refer anyone
Read one of our evaluations first.
We will send you a complete evaluation, fully redacted, so you can judge the reasoning and the writing for yourself rather than taking our word for either.
Every identifying detail is removed before anything leaves this office. Samples go to a work address, and we ask that they stay within your firm.

What your client will ask you
Fee
$1,000 for the evaluation. Payment plans available over up to six months. Clients referred by firms we work with regularly may pay a reduced fee.
Who pays
The client engages and pays us directly through this site. Your firm is not billed and does not carry the cost.
Oversight
Every evaluation is reviewed by Dr. Gretza M. Piñeiro-Hernández, Psy.D., Head of Psychology, before it is issued — whichever of our clinicians conducted the interview.
Turnaround
One to two weeks from the clinical interview. Tell us the filing date when you refer and we will prioritize.
Languages
English or Spanish. Other languages available on request.
Scope
We provide the written evaluation. We do not provide court testimony or expert witness appearances.
