The programme. We use text messages and WhatsApp to arrange and conduct evaluations: confirming appointments, sending reminders, and answering questions about scheduling. Our number is +1 (302) 596 1804.
How you opt in. You consent to receive messages when you give us your mobile number on a form on this site, in writing, or verbally, and ask us to contact you that way. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
How often. Message frequency varies according to your appointment and your enquiry. We do not send recurring marketing texts.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. You can start again by messaging us or asking us to add you back.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Not for emergencies. These channels are not monitored continuously and must not be used in an emergency. If you are in immediate danger call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Content. Please do not send detailed clinical or case information by text or WhatsApp. Use these channels for scheduling and general questions; anything sensitive is handled through secure channels once we are working together.
Privacy. Messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Where messages concern a client we are evaluating, they are also covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
