1. Scope
This policy explains what Legal Analysis Services LLC, doing business as Pro Psychological Analysis, does with information collected through this website.
It does not cover the health information we hold about clients we evaluate. That information is protected health information and is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, telephone number, the type of petition you are asking about, and anything you write in a message field. Attorneys requesting a sample evaluation also give us their firm name and work email address.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This comes from our analytics tools, described in Section 5.
Payment information. Where we make it possible to pay through this website, payment is handled by LawPay, our third-party payment processor. Your card details go directly to the processor. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and limited details such as the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
What we ask you not to send. Our forms ask for enough information to contact you. Please do not use them to send detailed case information, medical history, or documents. Those are handled through secure channels once we are working together.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call. To send you a requested sample evaluation. To provide and administer the evaluation if you engage us. To take payment. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. To send email you have asked to receive. To meet our legal and professional obligations.
4. We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We run no advertising or retargeting technology on this site.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, in two categories.
Strictly necessary. Cookies that make the site work — keeping a session secure and remembering your language choice between the English and Spanish versions of a page. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. It sets cookies beginning _ga. Our web host also collects basic performance telemetry.
We use no advertising, marketing, or social media tracking cookies of any kind.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. Where required by law we honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
6. When we share information
Service providers who help us operate: our web host, our email provider, our email marketing provider, our payment processor, and our analytics provider. They act on our instructions.
Your attorney or law firm, where you have asked us to work with them, or where a firm referred you and you have agreed we may confirm that.
When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of any person.
We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.
7. Referral links
Some links to this site carry a tag identifying the law firm that referred you. If you arrive through one, we record which firm referred you so we can keep them informed about the referral. Nothing about the content of your enquiry is shared with a firm without your agreement.
8. Email and messages
If you join our mailing list we will email you until you unsubscribe. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We may also contact you by telephone or WhatsApp using the details you give us, in order to arrange or conduct your evaluation. Our SMS and WhatsApp terms describe this in more detail.
9. Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No website can be guaranteed completely secure.
We keep information collected through this website only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Client health records are retained separately by the practice for the period required by law and professional standards.
10. Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some information must be kept where the law requires. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights.
To make a request, email contact@ppanalysis.com with your name, the email address you used, and what you are asking for. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Requests about your health records are handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices.
11. Children
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it. Where an evaluation concerns a minor, arrangements are made with a parent or guardian.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The version posted here is the current one, effective from the date shown.
