Pro Psychological Analysis

Terms of Use

Effective 1 September 2026

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Legal Analysis Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Pro Psychological Analysis (“PPA”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

This site describes the psychological evaluation services we provide for United States immigration petitions. It is informational.

Reading this website, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a clinician–client relationship, does not engage us to perform an evaluation, and does not oblige us to accept any matter.

3. Our services are governed by a separate agreement

Psychological evaluations are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by the client. That agreement governs the evaluation in full, including its scope, fees, timing, confidentiality, and the parties’ obligations.

Nothing on this website adds to, varies, or overrides that agreement. Where anything on this site differs from the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. No medical or legal advice

Content on this site is general information about immigration psychological evaluations. It is not a clinical opinion about any individual, not a diagnosis, and not legal advice about any petition or case. Nothing here should be relied on in place of advice from your own attorney or clinician.

5. Sample evaluations

We may provide redacted sample evaluations to attorneys and law firms on request.

Samples remain our property. They are provided solely for professional review by the requesting individual and their firm, to assess the quality and format of our work. They may not be republished, redistributed, shared outside the requesting firm, filed in any proceeding, or used for any other purpose. All samples are de-identified before release.

By requesting a sample you agree to these restrictions.

6. Payments

Where we make it possible to pay for an evaluation through this website, payment is handled by LawPay, our third-party payment processor, or another processor we may use from time to time. Your use of the processor is subject to its own terms and privacy policy, which are disclosed at the point of payment. We do not receive or store full card details.

The fee, what it covers, and any cancellation terms are shown before you pay. The evaluation itself is provided under the signed agreement described in Section 3.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with its operation, no automated scraping or bulk collection of its content, and no use of the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Our content

The text, layout, images, and the PPA name and logo on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read and print pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission.

9. Other websites

This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current at any given moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, and it applies from the date shown at the top.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
