Independent evaluations your cases can rely on
Pro Psychological Analysis (PPA) provides independent psychological evaluations for immigration cases — including asylum, VAWA, U and T visa, and extreme-hardship waivers. Our psychologists understand the legal purpose each evaluation serves, so every report is properly scoped, clinically sound, and prepared to the standards USCIS and the immigration courts expect.
For counsel, that means an evaluation you can build on: findings documented objectively and defensibly, and delivered on a timeline that respects your filing deadlines. We do not shape conclusions to fit a case theory — and that independence is exactly what makes a report credible to an adjudicator.
We work with firms handling a single case or a steady caseload, and we are glad to establish an ongoing working relationship. Volume arrangements are available for firms that refer regularly.

How referral works
- Give your client the link. Because your client engages us directly, nothing about their case has to leave your office — no release, no file transfer. Send them the link below. It is bilingual and takes two minutes to complete.
- We contact them and schedule the interview. Conducted by telehealth, in English or Spanish. Other languages by arrangement. If there is a filing deadline, have your client tell us when they book — or send us a note through the form below and we will schedule around it.
- The evaluation is completed. One to two weeks after the interview, and provided to your client. If a deadline needs it sooner we can prioritise, but we need to know up front.

Firms that refer regularly get their own tracked link, so every client who arrives through it is attributed to you.
What your client will ask you
- Fee
- $1,000 for the evaluation. Payment plans available over up to six months.
- Who pays
- The client engages and pays us directly. Your firm is not billed and does not carry the cost.
- Why that matters
- Because we are retained by the client rather than by counsel, the evaluation is independent — and that independence is what makes the report credible to an adjudicator.
- Languages
- English or Spanish. Other languages available on request.
- Scope
- We provide the written evaluation. We do not provide court testimony or expert witness appearances.
